We all know about new Metro UI which was introduced in Windows Phone 7 and now Microsoft is trying to use it in all Microsoft's official applications, websites and upcoming Windows version "Windows 8".
We have shared lots of themes for Windows 7 inspired from Metro UI. Now its turn of Yahoo! Messenger.
Our friend "alkhan" @ DA has created an awesome theme for Yahoo! Messenger called "Metro UI". The theme completely revamps Yahoo! Messenger's UI. The new interface looks clean and minimal completely matching with Microsoft's Metro UI.
The theme comes in 8 flavors. You can use the theme in Yahoo! Messenger 10 and 11.
To use the theme, first extract the downloaded RAR file using WinRAR or 7-zip and copy the content to "C:\Program Files\Yahoo!\Messenger\" folder. 64-bit users, copy the content to "C:\Program Files (x86)\Yahoo!\Messenger\" folder. We advise you to take a backup of original files first before replacing them.
After copying, start Yahoo! Messenger and change the theme using "Messenger -> Preferences -> Appearance" menu.
