Transform Windows 7 into Windows 8 Using “8 Skin Pack 3.0 for 7″

We all know that Windows 8 is under development and many interesting features have been revealed in Windows 8 like news Start Screen, Aero Lite Theme, User Pic Tile in System Tray, Aero Auto Colourization feature, etc.
